Do you do all of your designs in Illustrator or Photoshop? Or do you do a combination of both? Do you ever create something in illustrator then bring it over to photoshop to add effects such as paint splatter or other distortion effects? Or do you do it all in one program?

I use a combination of photoshop & illustrator for pretty much every design. The order of which I use first differs depending on the project.
